Hi, my name is Robin (she/her), and I am committed to meeting you where you are — helping you discover your inner haven and move toward meaningful change.
"You are your best thing." - Toni Morrison
I specialize in trauma and play therapy, working with children ages 3–13, adults, and families. I am passionate about supporting children and caregivers in building strong, healthy relationships and navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Whatever has brought you here, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly understood and empowered.
My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, drawing on TF-CBT, play therapy, and sandplay to help children and adults process difficult emotions, develop coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. In addition to individual therapy, I provide parent coaching and family support — offering caregivers practical tools, increased confidence, and deeper connection within the family system. When desired, I also incorporate faith-based counseling, honoring each client's values and beliefs as part of the healing process.
I hold a graduate certification in gerontology and work with adults across the life span, including older adults. I understand that life transitions bring unique challenges, and I am attuned to meeting each person with the care and intention they deserve.
