Accessibility statement

Caladrius Therapy is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our commitment

We believe that mental health care should be reachable by everyone, and that includes making our online presence usable and understandable regardless of ability or the technology someone uses to browse the web. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of this site.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Technical approach

This website is built to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and environments: screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and text-resize settings, and high-contrast display modes.

Known limitations

Some portions of this site incorporate third-party components — including the SimplePractice client portal widget used for scheduling — that are outside our direct control. We have reported accessibility concerns to those vendors and continue to monitor their updates. If you encounter a barrier in any part of the site, please let us know (see below) and we will do our best to provide information or assistance by alternative means.

Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of this site. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please reach out at hello@caladriustherapy.com. We aim to respond to accessibility-related messages within five business days.
