Hi, I'm Mary Winston, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and move toward healing and growth.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, confusing, or even overwhelming. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right, you don't have to carry it alone. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to show up as your full, authentic self. Together, we will explore what has brought you here and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe healing happens in connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based counseling to help you build practical skills while also developing deeper self-understanding. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, self-esteem and body image concerns, and periods of change or uncertainty.
My goal is not only to help you manage current challenges but also to support you in developing resilience, clarity, and confidence for the future — creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.
