Hello! My name is Erin (she/her), and I am honored to walk alongside you as you work toward strengthening your mental well-being. Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning during a challenging season, taking this step is meaningful — and often intimidating. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Life is filled with challenging, unpredictable, and heartbreaking experiences and being able to support folks in these liminal spaces is work I consider sacred. Shame and doubt often create disconnection and isolation. Part of my work is to invite you back to those places and support you in being with yourself in newer, kinder, more resourced ways.
My goal is to create a space where you feel accepted, supported, and gently challenged as you work through the obstacles you are facing. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, emphasizing the importance of meeting you where you are while also helping you move toward growth. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both understood and empowered.
I value celebrating small victories and acknowledging the progress that can show up in everyday moments. Together, we will work to identify tools, skills, and strategies that help you leave sessions feeling more prepared to face life’s challenges with confidence. Our work will be collaborative, and your goals, needs, and values will remain central throughout the therapeutic process.
Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and is currently in the final semester of completing her Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She continues to pursue training in evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to best support clients in developing practical skills for emotional regulation, coping, and self-awareness.
