Hi, I’m Elizabeth (she/her), and I would love to work alongside you as you seek healing and happiness.
In my approach to counseling, I combine evidence-based techniques with empathy and compassion to provide each of my clients with a counseling experience that fits their individual needs. I am experienced in working with presenting concerns such as relationship issues, poor self-esteem/body image, infertility, postpartum depression, sexual health, social concerns, and marital/familial conflict. In addition, I provide treatment for other mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, chronic stress, career concerns, and life transitions. I use an integrative approach that primarily consists of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Attachment-Based Therapy. My aim is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship and can work collaboratively to achieve your counseling goals.
